A Football Life: Reggie White & Jerome Brown

Hello Eagles Fans!

TGIF, right? Well, I just wanted to drop by with a QUICK (& short) update because I just finished watching “A Football Life” featuring Philadelphia Eagles greats-Reggie White & Jerome Brown on the NFL Network. I first heard about this feature on a sports radio talk show this morning on my way to work and so I went straight to NFL.com and it was featured on the front page!

“A Football Life” showcases the amazing careers of Reggie White and Jerome Brown and the growing friendship that developed over the course of time between the two.   I’ve always heard about these great defensive players but after watching this episode I have the utmost respect for them.  Players such as Brett Favre, Michael Irvin, Gary Cobbs, Phil Simms, and Troy Aikman are interviewed in this episode and it brings much pride as an Eagles fan and cheerleader to hear such positive things that these players had to say about Reggie White and Jerome Brown.

I still can’t believe I shook hands with Gary Cobbs who shared the field with Reggie and Jerome in the late 80′s and early 90′s!
